Services in English, Punjabi and Hindi
Ruby is an experienced therapist with over nine years in the mental health field. She works with adults, adolescents, and couples, and strives to create an inclusive, affirming space for healing. Ruby is committed to providing care that is BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ friendly.
Ruby supports clients in better understanding their emotions, thoughts, behaviours, and relationship patterns. Her work helps clients uncover recurring patterns, challenge old ways of thinking, and develop new pathways for growth, while feeling safe, validated, and actively involved in the therapy process.
Using a Person-Centered approach, Ruby works at each client’s pace and tailors sessions to their unique needs and goals. She supports clients in building adaptive coping strategies, strengthening self-awareness, and openly communicating what is or is not working for them in therapy.
Ruby has completed over 4,000 clinical hours and is currently working under the supervision of Dr. Shruti Kankaria while completing her post-master’s hours toward registration with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. Ruby’s goal is to help clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported as they move toward greater care, compassion, and growth.
