Dr. Fallico’s work is grounded in evidence-based practice, clinical formulation, and thoughtful assessment. He supports clients in making sense of complex emotional, behavioural, and interpersonal patterns, with the goal of helping them move toward greater clarity, functioning, and quality of life. His approach is collaborative, structured, and reflective, offering both support and honest clinical feedback.

In therapy, Dr. Fallico is direct, engaged, and analytically curious, while remaining attentive to each client’s pace, goals, and lived experience. He works alongside clients to understand not only what they are experiencing, but why certain patterns may persist and how meaningful change can take shape over time. His style may be especially helpful for individuals who value insight, structure, and a clear treatment direction.

Dr. Fallico has over five years of experience and more than 5,000 hours of clinical training across private practice, assessment, and multidisciplinary settings. He is currently working under the supervision of Dr. Shruti Kankaria and Dr. Queenie Lo and is registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario.
