Accepting Therapy Clients
In-Person & Virtual
Cass believes that every person has an innate capacity for healing and growth. She aims to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported as they explore their experiences and reconnect with their strengths. She recognizes that life can bring moments of pain, uncertainty, and disconnection, and holds the view that these experiences do not have to be faced alone.
Her approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for each individual’s unique story. She values the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and works from a holistic perspective that honours the whole person. Her style is warm, collaborative, and adaptable, shaped by the needs and goals of each client she works with.
Cass has experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, including children, youth, adults, and families. She has worked with a range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and neurodevelopmental differences including ADHD, ASD, and learning or intellectual disabilities. She understands that every person’s experience is different and strives to meet clients where they are with care and flexibility.
She believes therapy can be a space for deeper self-understanding, healing, and growth, where people can move toward a life that feels more grounded and aligned with who they are.
