Parisa is a therapist with over six years of experience in the mental health field. She holds two graduate degrees: a Master of Science in Psychology from Western University and a Master of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from Adler Graduate Professional School.

Parisa has supported individuals and couples across hospital, private practice, and community settings. She has supported adults experiencing obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety within an intensive treatment program at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.

Parisa works with clients navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, low self-esteem, sleep difficulties, adult ADHD, life transitions, and relationship or interpersonal challenges. She has a particular passion for couples therapy and enjoys supporting partners as they deepen emotional connection and improve communication. Her work with couples is grounded in helping partners feel heard, understood, and emotionally supported, especially during periods of disconnection or stress.

Parisa believes therapy looks different for everyone. Some clients come seeking practical tools to manage anxiety, emotions, or relationship patterns, while others are looking for a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Parisa offers both, meeting clients where they are with warmth and curiosity. She provides a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore thoughts and feelings openly, including those that may have been held privately for a long time. Whether therapy involves building skills, gaining insight, or gently exploring emotions and lived experiences, Parisa collaborates with clients at their own pace, supporting meaningful and lasting change.
